      Shipping and Returns Policy      

Thank you for shopping at Luxury by Renner. We are confident you will love your jewelry purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied within 7 business days from the date of delivery, we offer the return of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return of your merchandise.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The merchandise must be returned within 7 days upon its receipt and must be in its original condition.

  • The merchandise must not be damaged, worn, used, resized or tampered with in any way. 

  • The merchandise must precisely match product data records, lab certifications, & letters of authenticity. 

  • All original documents must be returned with the merchandise. 

  • No custom designs returns accepted - all sales are final.



Refunds will be issued in the same method by which it was received, meaning the original form of payment via Credit, PayPal, or cash. In the event of a refund, approved refunds will reflect the amount of the transaction as mentioned on the invoice provided by Luxury by RENNER. Luxury by RENNER is not responsible for any additional fees or charges applied by the banks, any duties, taxes, or surcharges that may be levied by the customer's country of importation, or any other parties throughout the process. 

Luxury by RENNER reserves the right, at the company's discretion, to deduct administrative, production, and logistics costs for return refunds on custom-orders. In such a case, the deductible amount will be clearly stated in the order quotation. 

Diamonds, colored stones, and jewelry pieces are inspected upon receipt and before the issuance of a refund. Merchandise that does not match product data in our records will be returned or refused. 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please do not send back product or item if we haven’t notified you yet of the approval of your return.
